Pancake à la poudre de cresson

Watercress pancakes

Ingrédients

  • 3 bags of Supercress 5
  • 250 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 65 g unsalted butter
  • 5 g of sugar (1)
  • 25 g of sugar (2)
  • 30 cl of milk
  • 1 sachet of traditional yeast
  • 25 g of warm water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Rehydrate the yeast with the sugar (1) and warm water. Leave to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, the yeast will thus feed on the sugar and begin to ferment. 

 Melt the butter in the microwave. Put the flour, baking powder, eggs, Supercress 5 watercress powder, sugar (2), melted butter, salt and milk in a bowl and whisk vigorously to avoid lumps. 

 After a night in the fridge, cook the pancakes in a pan.
