Guacamole à la poudre de cresson

Watercress guacamole


  • 1 tomato
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 75 g of 30% fat liquid cream
  • 2 bags of Supercress 5
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco®
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Quickly cut the tomato into large chunks. Peel the avocados and remove the pits. Mix the avocados with the lemon juice, the liquid cream and the tomato. 

Mix the Supercress 5 with the avocado cream, add the Tabasco and the sea salt.

Refrigerate until ready to serve with the bread of your choice (pita bread for example)
