Tzatziki à la poudre de cresson

Tzatziki

Ingrédients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 350 g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 3 bags of Supercress 5
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt

Peel the cucumber then grate it after removing the central seeds. 

 Mix the yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, mint, Supercress 5 and garlic in a bowl. Then add the grated cucumber. Mix so that the cucumber is well impregnated with the yogurt.
