Ratatouille à la poudre de cresson

Ratatouille, watercress powder


  • 6 bags of Supercress 5
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper

Wash all the vegetables. Dice the zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes. Deseed and cut the pepper. Peel the onion and garlic, then chop them. Place the cut vegetables in a microwave-safe glass dish. Add the tablespoon of olive oil with the bay leaf. Lightly salt and pepper. Cook at full power, covered, for 14 minutes. Check the cooking, if necessary add 5 minutes. Finally add the Supercress 5 after cooking so as not to alter its qualities.
