Porridge à la poudre de cresson



  • 160 g rolled oat
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 4 bags of Supercress 5

Put the rolled oats, brown vergeoise and milk in a saucepan, then bring to a boil, stirring all the time. 

When the mixture has thickened, add the Supercress 5 off the heat and mix. Serve in a deep plate with honey and some dried fruits.
