Pan-fried asian vegetables, eggs and watercress powder
- 300 g of pan-fried Asian vegetables, frozen
- 3 eggs
- 1 bag of Supercress 5
Cook the pan-fried Asian vegetables in olive oil. Halfway through cooking, add 3 eggs and actively mix the pan.
When ready to serve, add 1 bag of Supercress 5 and mix on your plate.
