Meatballs with watercress

Ingrédients

  • 250 g minced beef (5% fat)
  • 10 bags of Supercress 5
  • 90 g wheat flakes
  • 3 eggs whites
  • 6 g salt
  • 3 g pepper

Mix, by hand, the minced meat with 6 sachets of Supercress 5, salt and pepper. Mold the dumplings. Mix wheat flakes and Supercress 5. Roll the meatballs in the egg white, then in the wheat flakes. Repeat this step twice. 

 Bake for 7 minutes in the oven preheated to 160°C.
