- Half a ripe banana
- 150 ml oat milk
- 2 bags of Supercress 5
- Half a granny apple
- Half a lemon juice
- Half a teaspoon of chia seeds
Pour the oat milk into the blender and add half a teaspoon of chia seeds. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Prepare the fruit for the smoothie. Peel the banana and the granny apple then cut them into pieces. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the blender with the pieces of fruit. Blend for a minute
