Supercress 5 complements the current diet. It is not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet, but it is a nutritional “plus” with the same health goal.
Our advice for use :
- on to two bags per day (do not exceed the prescribed dose)
- Keep away from heat and humidity
- Sweet use : in a drink, glass of cow’s milk, almond or soy, fruit or tomato juice (one bag per half litre) in a smoothie (according to taste); mixed with yogurt or compote (half bag or more according to taste), added to a banana quaker
- Salty use : sprinkle the Supercress on pasta, salads, soups, fried eggs, omelets, fish...
